My Approach
I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) as a core part of treatment as it is widely considered the gold standard for treating mental health issues. Of course, every person is unique and therapy shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all. Therefore, it’s important to tailor therapy to suit each person’s needs.
I work in a goal-oriented way and I have extensive experience in assisting adults who grapple with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, postnatal trauma, complex trauma, thoughts of suicide, deliberate self-harm (DSH), anger management, mood issues, low self-esteem etc.

The office is conveniently located in Kinsale. Can’t make it into the office? There is also online therapy via Zoom or Google Meet.
